I don't know what the best advice I have ever recieved is, but I think that the "best" advice is recieved when you work hard to get.
For instance, when I work with my father at completing a project he will often TEACH me a life lesson!
I don't like to think of letting the important facts of life go from one ear to the other and when you are just told something that is often what happens.
My elementary school lived by this:
"Treat people the way that you would want to be treated"
I think that if everyone treated people the way that they wished to be treated, the world would be a happier place. It would make people think about what they say and do.
